This policy explains what data Tribunal de Ideias collects, how we use it, and who we share it with. Our principle is simple: collect only what the service needs, and be transparent about what happens to your idea.

1. Who is the controller

The party responsible for processing your data is 89DEV INFORMATICA EIRELI - ME, registered under CNPJ 26.220.882/0001-94, reachable at [email protected]. In this text, "we" refers to that company and the Tribunal de Ideias service.

2. Data we collect

  • Account: your e-mail. If you sign in with Google, also your name and profile picture.
  • Your idea and the generated trial: the text you submit and the result produced (arguments, scores, verdict, sentence).
  • Payment: processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your card data. We keep your purchase history and credit balance.
  • Product usage: navigation events, via an analytics tool (PostHog), to understand and improve the experience.
  • Technical data: session cookies to keep you signed in, and basic access information.

3. How we use data

  • Run the trial: send your idea's text to AI models and the searches needed to generate the result.
  • Authenticate access, process payments, and provide support.
  • Improve the product, ensure security, and prevent fraud and abuse.

4. Who we share with

For the service to work, data is processed by operators (subprocessors). The main ones:

  • AI model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others): your idea's text is sent to them to generate the trial.
  • Web search provider: queries derived from your idea are sent to find real evidence and competitors.
  • Payment processor (Stripe): for card and Pix charges.
  • Orchestration and hosting platforms: to run and serve the application.
  • Product analytics (PostHog): for usage metrics.

We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary to run the service, or when required by law.

5. Your idea's visibility

Every idea is private by default: only you can see it. You control visibility and can create an unlisted link (accessible to anyone with the link) or make the trial public. If you make it public or share the link, the content may be seen by others. Featured trials on the showcase only appear there through curation and by your choice to make them public.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account exists and while it is needed for the service (for example, so you can revisit your trials). You can request deletion of your data at any time via the contact below.

7. Your rights

Under applicable data protection law (including Brazil's LGPD), you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, and information about processing, and withdraw consents. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected].

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can manage cookies in your browser; disabling essential ones may prevent sign-in.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is fully secure, but we work to reduce risk.

10. International transfer

Some operators (such as AI and payment providers) may process data outside your country. In such cases, we seek appropriate protection safeguards.

11. Minors

The service is not intended for people under 18.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated, and the effective date above will be updated.
