Terms of Use
Effective as of July 5, 2026. Last updated on July 17, 2026.
These terms govern the use of Tribunal of Ideas. By using the service, you agree to them. Please read carefully, especially the part about the nature of the result.
1. What the service is
Tribunal of Ideas is a paid web application in which your idea is put through a staged trial by multiple AI models that prosecute, defend, and score it, resulting in a calculated verdict and a sentence.
Important: the result is an AI-generated analysis, for informational and entertainment purposes. It is not professional, legal, accounting, financial, or investment advice, nor a guarantee of your idea's success or failure. Any decisions you make are your sole responsibility.
2. Account and eligibility
You must be 18 or older and provide truthful information. You are responsible for keeping your access secure.
3. Credits, pricing, and payment
- 1 credit equals 1 trial. Credits do not expire.
- Each credit is tied to the product (rite) it was purchased for. One product's balance does not pay for the other's trial; there is no conversion between them.
- Payment is processed by Stripe, by card. Current prices are shown on the credits page.
- If a trial fails in a way that compromises the result, the corresponding credit is refunded automatically, as described in the product.
- Right of withdrawal: as an online purchase, you may withdraw from unused credits within 7 days of purchase, under Brazil's Consumer Protection Code.
- Purchase refund: when a purchase is refunded, the credits from that purchase are removed from your balance. If you have already used some of them, the balance may go negative and the difference is offset against future purchases.
- Referral program: rewards are judgment credits (non-withdrawable, non-transferable, with no cash value), released only after the referred user's first paid purchase and a verification period. Self-referral, duplicate accounts, or any abuse of the program will revoke the credits and may lead to account suspension. A refund of the referred purchase cancels the corresponding reward.
4. Your idea and intellectual property
You remain the owner of your idea. By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to process it (including sending the text to AI model providers) for the sole purpose of generating the trial and, if you choose to make the trial public, to display it. You represent that you have the right to submit the content you send.
5. AI-generated content
The arguments, scores, verdicts, and sentences are generated by AI models. They may contain inaccuracies or errors and are provided as is, without warranty of accuracy. Do not use them as the sole basis for important decisions.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Submit illegal, offensive, defamatory content, or content that violates third-party rights.
- Attempt to bypass limits, automate misuse, or overload the system.
- Any purpose that violates applicable law.
7. Platform ownership
The software, brand, design, and content of Tribunal of Ideas (except your idea) are ours and protected by law.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on the trial result, nor for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms waives rights guaranteed to consumers by law.
10. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after an update means acceptance.
11. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo/SP, Brazil are elected, unless the law provides otherwise.
