Terms of Use

Effective as of July 5, 2026. Last updated on July 5, 2026.

These terms govern the use of Tribunal de Ideias. By using the service, you agree to them. Please read carefully, especially the part about the nature of the result.

1. What the service is

Tribunal de Ideias is a paid web application in which your idea is put through a staged trial by multiple AI models that prosecute, defend, and score it, resulting in a calculated verdict and a sentence.

Important: the result is an AI-generated analysis, for informational and entertainment purposes. It is not professional, legal, accounting, financial, or investment advice, nor a guarantee of your idea's success or failure. Any decisions you make are your sole responsibility.

2. Account and eligibility

You must be 18 or older and provide truthful information. You are responsible for keeping your access secure.

3. Credits, pricing, and payment

  • 1 credit equals 1 trial. Credits do not expire.
  • Payment is processed by Stripe, by card or Pix. Current prices are shown on the credits page.
  • If a trial fails in a way that compromises the result, the corresponding credit is refunded automatically, as described in the product.
  • Right of withdrawal: as an online purchase, you may withdraw from unused credits within 7 days of purchase, under Brazil's Consumer Protection Code.

4. Your idea and intellectual property

You remain the owner of your idea. By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to process it (including sending the text to AI model providers) for the sole purpose of generating the trial and, if you choose to make the trial public, to display it. You represent that you have the right to submit the content you send.

5. AI-generated content

The arguments, scores, verdicts, and sentences are generated by AI models. They may contain inaccuracies or errors and are provided as is, without warranty of accuracy. Do not use them as the sole basis for important decisions.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Submit illegal, offensive, defamatory content, or content that violates third-party rights.
  • Attempt to bypass limits, automate misuse, or overload the system.
  • Any purpose that violates applicable law.

7. Platform ownership

The software, brand, design, and content of Tribunal de Ideias (except your idea) are ours and protected by law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on the trial result, nor for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms waives rights guaranteed to consumers by law.

10. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after an update means acceptance.

11. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo/SP, Brazil are elected, unless the law provides otherwise.
